A bet on Super Odds will be refunded if the player involved in the market does not start the match, even if he later comes on as a substitute.
1.2. Markets with no source of statistics:
We are committed to always providing a source of statistics on all markets available on our website. If any market does not provide these statistics, bets placed on it will be automatically refunded.
1.3. Late Bets:
Late bets are those placed on markets improperly made available by our providers. If a user has bet on a market in such a condition, the correction is made automatically by our system, resulting in the bet being returned.
1.4. Championships with incorrect translations:
When a championship presents a translation error, we consider this error to be the platform's responsibility, resulting in a refund for the bettor. Example: If the customer notices that their preferred team is on the wrong side and as a result is misled into betting at the wrong time, their bet will be closed and refunded.
1.5. Abandoned, canceled, interrupted, suspended, postponed or canceled games:
If abandoned, canceled, interrupted, suspended, postponed or canceled games are rescheduled within 48 hours, the ticket remains valid. If not, that game will be removed from the ticket, the ODDS will be recalculated, and the ticket will remain valid. In the case of a simple bet (single game), the bet amount within 48 hours will be refunded and the bet void. 2. Cases ineligible for refund
Freebet:
The Freebet amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if it is bet on a market that offers the possibility of a refund and this outcome materializes.
3. Markets eligible for refund
3.1. Away team has no bet
Bets can be placed on the home team winning or drawing during Regular Time. If the away team wins during Regular Time, the bet will be refunded.
3.2. Home team has no bet
Bets can be placed on the visiting team winning or drawing during Regular Time. If, by chance, the home team wins during Regular Time, the bet will be refunded.
3.3. 1st Half - Draw no bet
Bets are placed on the victory of the home team or the visiting team during the first half of the match in Regular Time. In situations of a draw during this period, the bet will be refunded.
3.4. 2nd Half - Draw no bet
Bets are placed on the victory of the home team or the visiting team during the second half of the match in Regular Time. In situations of a draw during this period, the bet will be refunded.
3.5. There is no bet on a draw
Bets are placed based on whether the first or second half wins during regulation time. If a draw occurs during regulation time, the bet will be refunded
3.6. Asian handicap
The designated team will finish the game within regulation time with the previously assigned advantage. This market offers only two possible outcomes (win for the home team or win for the away team).
Cashback in this market is applied as follows:
Suppose a user places a bet that the home team will have an advantage of (+2) goals, and the match ends with a score of 0x2, making a total of 2x2. In this case, the betting slip will be refunded. It is important to remember that refunds are only valid for exact results. If the number is not accurate, the refund will not be applied.
3.7. Total Goals
This bet is based on the total number of goals scored during the regular time of the match.
Cashback in this market is applied as follows:
Suppose a user places a bet that the total number of goals will be greater than (4) goals and the match ends in a draw with a score of 2x2, totaling exactly 4 goals. In this case, the betting slip will be refunded. It is important to note that refunds are only valid for exact results, and if the number is broken, this rule will not apply.

You can place a bet on the first or second half to win the first quarter of the match during regulation time. If a draw occurs during this period, the bet will be refunded.

You can place a bet on the first or second half to win the second quarter of the match during regulation time. If there is a draw during this period, the bet will be refunded.
3.10. 3rd quarter - Draw no bet
You can place a bet on the first or second half to win during the third quarter of the match in regulation time. If a draw occurs during this period, the bet will be refunded.
3.11. 4th quarter - Draw no bet
You can place a bet on the victory of the first or second half during the fourth period of the match in regulation time. If a draw occurs at this point, the bet will be refunded.
3.12. 2nd half - Draw no bet (incl. extra time)
After the winner of the second half of the match, which includes the extra time period, if any. In case of a tie, the bet will be refunded.

Place a bet on the team that will win the first period during the regular time of the match. If a draw occurs, the bet will be refunded.

Place a bet on the team that will win the second period during the regular time of the match. In the event of a tie, the bet will be refunded.
3.37. 3rd period – Result
